At Aeon, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Since our abayas are made to order and tailored to your specific size, we have the following refund and exchange policy:
1. Refunds
• Refunds will only be issued if we have made a mistake in your order or if there is a manufacturing defect.
• To request a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. Exchanges
• If we made an error with your order (e.g., wrong size, design, or manufacturing issue), we will arrange for an exchange and cover all shipping fees.
• If you wish to exchange an item for any other reason (e.g., you are not satisfied with the style, fit, or color), exchanges are allowed within 14 days, but you will be responsible for shipping costs.
3. Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• Due to the customized nature of our abayas (tailored to customer measurements), refunds or exchanges are not possible for any other reasons outside those stated above.
